Support grows for Uttarakhand teacher ticked off by CM Trivendra Singh Rawat

Lady teacher Uttara Pant Bahuguna, who had a showdown with CM Trivendra Singh Rawat after he did not readily agree to her transfer request, is getting support from commoners as well as politicians. Uttarakhand Congress has backed her request for transfer from Uttarkashi to Dehradun, saying that the wife of CM Rawat has been posted in the capital for over 22 years. The lady teacher in question was suspended on the orders of the CM after she created a ruckus at the janata darbar. She has herself not been attending school for the last one year and claims she hasn’t got any salary for the period.
